That is good news. Our market in Bergen County New Jersey is selling better, however at lower prices. I look to spring to make a difference.

Just a side note, the wild blackberry’s were outstanding this past season. Anyone interested in northern Wisconsin should definitely make plans on visiting Wisconsin’s and Michigan’s northwoods during the late summer, early fall blackberry season. If you can get to the berries before the bears, you’ll take home one of the richest foods, ounce per ounce, in anti-oxidants there is.

Hi, yes the lake was kind of gooy, gooey. And, the fishing may be OK, but not the type of frontage that most people would want to invest their hard earned real estate investment dollars into.

I guess the market has hit deeply also into the recreational land. Someone looking should take advantage if they could to these deep pull backs.

I tend to agree with you about ag land. It is very much a commodity, just like oil, copper, nickle etc. I also think that there are more and more people in the world that need food. Over time this land should do very well.
I develop and build on land in a very built out area in Bergen County New Jersey, just outside of New York City. However, love trading and that has the same basis for valuation as anything else.
